VYSPANÁ FIXA is experiencing a mental journey, bestowing immense Beauty, recording a new album and inviting you to its premiere now!
The first part of the successful Krása nímirná tour is approaching its finale — and will culminate with two pre-Christmas evenings at Prague's Lucerna Music Bar on December 17th and 18th!
"Except for one concert, everything was sold out in advance, and it is already clear from the pre-sales that it will be like that practically everywhere. In the end, we decided to add a few more concerts in the spring and bring a newly recorded vinyl, which will be released on December 6th," says Márdi, singer and guitarist of Vypsané fiXa.
About the added concerts of the Krása nímirná tour in spring 2026
The cult album gave its name to the entire tour. The autumn concerts are primarily dedicated to songs from this album. The album still resonates with listeners and sells out venues, so the Krása nesmírná tour will continue with added concerts in the spring.
A classic reissue of the album was not possible, so it is being released on a newly recorded LP. The group, faithful to one of their lyrics ("Hrdinové nekecaj a jdou…..."), went ahead and re-recorded the album. The vinyl Krása nízimná 2026 will be released on December 6th and can be ordered now at the band's e-shop.
"Personally, I thought Krása nízimná was a great album, but I really didn't expect such a hunger and interest," adds Márdi.
On preparations and the release of the new album next year The group is currently recording a new album — and on December 3rd they are launching ticket sales for their biggest summer open air. The concert will take place on August 20th, 2026 at Areál 7 in Prague, and it is there, on the day of the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of their formation, that fiXa will release their new album.
The album is being produced in Petr Janda's Propast studio, who is also a guest on one of the songs.
On the hectic period of Vypsané fiXa
"Given that we are also recording our new album, an interesting situation occurred when we recorded two albums at once in the summer — and it was quite a mental journey. In addition, there were concerts and rehearsals of songs that we had already forgotten from Krása imírmné. At times, I felt like Bruce Willis wandering through time in the movie 12 Monkeys," Márdi describes the past months.
About the vinyl Krása nesmírná
"We don't have the licensing rights for the first four albums, and if we want to release them on vinyl, we have no choice but to re-record them. Even though it seemed like things were going to get better for a while regarding the license, in the end, after the album Bestiálně sťastní, it was Krása mišmirná's turn. It was a big adventure, but I think it turned out well in the end and we managed to give the songs a new coat with the original spirit. Some of them even got a chance to make minor adjustments that were no longer possible with the original recording. At the same time, we included a lot of rare archive material in the cover — photos and old playlists that our friend recently brought us, who had been collecting them for years."

On the license
"It's also a lesson for younger bands in a way — once you sign something somewhere, it's someone else's forever. And when something belongs to someone, it's up to the person who owns it. So think carefully, even though I know it's not always easy at the time. I would paraphrase a proverb: When they catch a bird, they sing it nicely — but what it gives them, they don't just give it back.
If there is no change in the licensing policy of our former label, we will continue like this and re-record the remaining two albums. It costs a lot of money and energy, but there is no other way. We want to have a complete collection.
The rest of the work is already in the possession of our label San Piego Records. It was the best choice that we made in 2009."
