TURBO & Tommy Thayer: Metal Love Premiere

Turbo releases a new single with Tommy Thayer from the legendary KISS. "Vidím tu lásky svý stát" was composed and produced by Thayer himself.

Czech band Turbo, one of the most prominent stalwarts of the domestic rock scene, presents a brand new, slightly nostalgic rock single "Vidím tu lásky svý stát", which was created in an exceptional international collaboration. The author of the music, lyrics and production is Tommy Thayer, guitarist of the world-famous band KISS, who personally supervised the entire process in the Svárov studio and recorded some of the guitar parts himself.

The single is being released in two versions: in the original English version, but mainly in the Czech version under the title "Vidím tu lásky svý stát". The Czech text was written by Ladislav Vostárek, a long-time lyricist associated with the biggest hits of domestic rock. The English version of the single, entitled "Time of My Life", as Tommy Thayer originally wrote it, is being released at the same time as "Vidím tu lásky svý stát". The third part of the project is the recording "Jediná ztracená", written by Karel Mecner and the Czech lyrics were written by Vladimír Kočandrle.

Turbo on the new single:

The band members describe the creation of the single as one of the most significant moments of recent years, which is also a harbinger of the new album, which will be released next year for Turbo's 45th anniversary. "It's a pretty cool feeling when you get a message and it says 'hi, this is Tommy Thayer from KISS and I'm preparing a new song for you and Turbo'," laughs the band's frontman Radomil Zíka.
