Starting Over as Demigods: Demigods Embark on Their First Tour

It has been more than six months since UDG "broke up", forcing its founding members to start all over again. However, the Vrzák brothers, together with Bohumil Němeček, wasted no time and continued making music. After losing access to their social media accounts, they initially began calling themselves Demigods. And somehow, the name stuck. They were subsequently joined by drummer Ondřej Skřivan, while second guitarist Jan Mirga became the latest addition to the band.

At the end of March, Demigods released their debut single Slova, a direct response to the situation surrounding the band and the events that forced them to make a fresh start. They then focused on building chemistry among the new band members and working on new material. Now, they are finally ready to face the situation head-on and return to the stages of some of the Czech Republic's leading music clubs. The band is therefore setting out on its very first tour.

The tour was originally scheduled to feature seven stops, kicking off in Brno. (However, according to the latest updates, the Brno show has been cancelled due to technical reasons, and there does not appear to be a replacement date at this time.) The tour will therefore begin at Prague's Lucerna Music Bar, with further stops including Klatovy, Jaroměř and Ústí nad Labem. Several special guests will accompany the band along the way, meaning that no two shows will be exactly alike.

So, where will you be catching our "demigods" live?
