Society Is Collapsing, the Children Strike Back: Cocotte Minute Take Aim at Putin, Trump and Babiš in the New Video Vyrostem a pak vás dostanem!

Czech nu-metal icon Cocotte Minute are releasing an uncompromising single and music video titled Vyrostem a pak vás dostanem!, on which they collaborated with the children's choir Kvítka.

The song is an open and sharp artistic reflection of the current political situation. The band are sending the new release out into the world just a few days before the closely watched municipal elections as a direct attack on Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Andrej Babiš and the entire so-called Russian column operating in the Czech Republic and around the world.

The song foreshadows the upcoming studio album, which Cocotte Minute plan to release next year. The band's proven creative tandem remains the same - the chilling and hard-hitting lyrics were written by frontman Zeller, while guitarist Czendál took care of the heavy musical component.

The visual side was entrusted to renowned director Jakub "Mahdies" Mahdal, who is not working with the band for the first time and managed to brilliantly transform the raw energy and powerful message into the video.

"Our country and the whole of democratic Europe are under the greatest threat since the fall of communism. Russia is committing war crimes 400 km from our borders. America is ruled by a Russian agent and a broom. Meanwhile, our country is being openly robbed and the character of the nation is being broken by StB agent, mafioso and anything-goes psychopath Andrej Babiš, collaborating with the Czech fifth column behind him. If someone does not understand this, then they are either an idiot or a collaborator too," comments Zeller, the lyricist and singer, on the uncompromising new release.

However, the release of the single is not the end of it for the fans. Cocotte Minute are immediately heading out on an autumn club tour, accompanied by kindred bands Post-It and Anteater. For the band, this may be the last opportunity to perform live for fans with the current line-up. After the tour, frontman Zeller must undergo a demanding operation on his seriously damaged vocal cords. Its outcome will determine his future singing career - if the procedure does not go well, he will have to stop singing.
