Sadistic fest vol. 4

Sadistic Fest Vol. 4: Třtěnice to be consumed by extreme metal once again. The underground beast returns. This year, Sadistic Fest enters its fourth edition and confirms that what once started as a modest underground event has gradually grown into a festival building a very strong reputation within the Czech extreme metal scene. On June 13, 2026, the covered venue in Třtěnice near Jičín will once again transform into a place filled with death metal, thrash metal, grindcore chaos and honest club-level hell. During a single day, ten bands from the Czech Republic and abroad will take the stage, and this year's line-up undoubtedly ranks among the strongest in the festival's history.
The event is primarily organised by local thrash pack Sadistic Hannibal in cooperation with Dysangelium and Nároďák Jaroměř. Thanks to their efforts, the festival continues earning greater respect among fans of heavy music throughout the country.
INFEST will be the festival's main international weapon
The biggest attraction of this year's edition will undoubtedly be Serbian band Infest – a death/thrash metal machine considered one of the most prominent Balkan bands within the genre.
The group has been active since 2002 and over the years has built a reputation as an extremely precise and aggressive live act. Their music combines technical thrash metal with brutal death metal intensity, creating an utterly devastating live experience. INFEST have performed across Europe, and their appearance will undoubtedly become one of the highlights of the entire festival.
FLESHLESS: legends of Czech death/grind
When Czech death/grind is mentioned, one of the very first names that comes to mind is Fleshless. The Děčín-based legends have been active since 1993 and have played hundreds of concerts across Europe throughout more than three decades on the scene. The band has released numerous recordings and still maintains its status as one of the most respected extreme metal acts in the domestic scene. Their concerts are synonymous with brutal energy, speed and uncompromising death/grind destruction.
SECTESY and honest old-school death metal
Kolín-based Sectesy belong among the long-standing pillars of the Czech underground. The band has existed since the 1990s and has built a very strong reputation on the domestic death metal scene over the years. Their music stands on classic old-school death metal, dark atmosphere and powerful riffs that work equally well on records and live performances.
SADISTIC HANNIBAL and DYSANGELIUM: the festival's homegrown force
Naturally, local band Sadistic Hannibal will not be missing from the festival. The thrash metal group from the Jičín region stands directly behind the creation of the entire event and will once again bring their mixture of sharp thrash metal and death metal aggression. The strong local line-up will also feature Jaroměř-based Dysangelium, one of the festival's principal organisers. Their dark and raw death metal has become a firm part of the Czech underground scene over recent years.
Grindcore, thrash and new blood
The festival will also feature several other important names from the domestic scene. Znojmo-based Genothype will open the day with an energetic combination of groove metal and hardcore influences. Scabbard will deliver honest old-school thrash/death metal, while Belly Error will unleash an extreme death/grind assault packed with blast beats and brutal vocals. The Czech-German formation Pikodeath will also appear, along with death metal band Legion, who will close the entire festival. Honest underground without unnecessary glamour Sadistic Fest Vol. 4 offers exactly what fans of extreme metal want – a powerful line-up, club atmosphere, genuine underground spirit and absolutely no pointless posing.
From hungry young bands to experienced veterans of the domestic scene, this will simply be a day full of loud riffs, beer, circle pits and music played not for trends, but for the people beneath the stage.
