Rock for People reveals its second headliner. Fans can look forward to the legendary comeback of Faith No More. They will join blink-182. Architects, Billy Talent and Napalm Death will also perform
Following the June announcement of the first headliner, American pop-punk icon blink-182, the organizers of Rock for People are presenting the first complete package of names for the upcoming 2027 edition. Cult alt-metal giants Faith No More become the second major headliner and will deliver one of the most anticipated comebacks of the year. The legendary Faith No More, led by Mike Patton, officially announce their grand return to the stage after more than ten years. "It is similar with blink-182, who have so far announced only four European festival stops for 2027, and we are incredibly happy that Rock for People is one of them," says Rock for People director Luděk Motyčka. Faith No More will return directly to the festival after a long 12 years since their performance in 2015. Park 360 in Hradec Králové will once again become a centre of world music from 2–5 June 2027. Almost half of the tickets for Rock for People are already gone.
Faith No More's live shows remain an absolute musical phenomenon to this day. Mike Patton commands one of the most versatile voices on the planet and the band delivers an unrivalled performance on stage, combining hard metal riffs with funk, soul and cabaret. "Bringing Faith No More as the second headliner alongside the already confirmed blink-182 is a huge event for us. It is a band that has fundamentally influenced modern rock and metal, and Rock for People also has a long history with them," adds Motyčka. Given how rarely they perform live, catching them on stage is an enormous rarity.
Rock for People does not let up
The newly announced artists also include other major names from the global rock and metal scene. British metalcore stars Architects, Canadian punk-rockers Billy Talent and iconic representatives of American metalcore Killswitch Engage will take the subheadline positions. The visually and musically captivating Motionless In White and grindcore pioneers Napalm Death will also be there.
Alongside the main stars, the organizers are serving up a diverse range of bands that will please both fans of hard riffs and lovers of catchy melodies and new musical trends. Popular pop-punk mainstays Neck Deep and post-hardcore band Sleeping with Sirens, industrial metal band Static-X, modern metalcore band Wage War and nu-metal band From Ashes To New will come to Hradec Králové.
Genre diversity will be provided by indie-pop band Beach Bunny, wild British newcomers Fat Dog and promising Blue Medusa – the band of former Arch Enemy and The Agonist singer Alissa White-Gluz. Rock for People therefore traditionally focuses on a balanced programme combining global legends, today's most sought-after arena bands and emerging genre phenomena. During the festival days, Park 360 will offer an abundance of musical performances, a rich accompanying programme, great gastronomic experiences and an ongoing commitment to sustainability.
