Papa Roach Took Rock for People by Storm – Now They're Heading to O2 Universum
Papa Roach became the uncrowned kings of Rock for People 2026. They captivated thousands of people and are now announcing their return to the Czech Republic. Whether it is rap-rock, nu-metal, electronic rock, rock'n'roll or anything in between, the quartet – vocalist Jacoby Shaddix, guitarist Jerry Horton, bassist Tobin Esperance and drummer Tony Palermo – has spent more than 30 years navigating roads that most bands would hardly dare to take, creating one of the most diverse and fearless musical discographies. The legendary band will come to the Czech Republic on November 24, 2026, as part of their RISE OF THE ROACH tour, performing at Prague's O2 universum. They will be joined by Landmvrks and Sleep Theory. Tickets go on sale on June 26 at 10:00 a.m. via the RFP Concerts website.
Papa Roach are two-time Grammy nominees and platinum-selling leaders of alternative hard rock who celebrated the 25th anniversary of their iconic album INFEST last year. The band has been publicly raising awareness about mental health issues for years and has done so since the release of their iconic song Last Resort. Around the turn of the millennium, they toured with stars such as Linkin Park, Eminem, Limp Bizkit, Guns N' Roses, Nickelback and Breaking Benjamin.
Their latest single, WAKE UP CALLING, was released this January and reached number one on both the American and German charts. The song will also be featured on the upcoming tour, about which frontman Jacoby Shaddix said: "We've just come off some of the biggest and most electrifying shows we've ever played in front of absolutely incredible European audiences. Coming back at the end of the year with a completely new show and amazing support acts is a dream come true for us."
Fans of Rock for People and RFP Concerts were able to see them at the festival in 2023 and 2026, as well as at their Prague headline show at Fortuna Sports Hall in January 2025.
