Motákfest 2026: The Biggest Edition in Festival History, For the First Time a Two Day Event with a Beer Mini Festival and a Record Breaking Line Up

09/06/2026

The popular Motákfest will enter its fourteenth edition in 2026, and this time the organizers have prepared the biggest programme in the festival's history. For the first time, the event will take place over two days, offering visitors a combination of rock and punk music, regional breweries and the traditional friendly atmosphere the festival has long been known for on June 12 and 13.

The festival takes place in Třebětice in South Bohemia and, over the years, has built a reputation as an event that combines music, a family-friendly environment and a relaxed festival atmosphere. The organizers aim to continue that tradition in 2026.

Friday in the Spirit of Music and Regional Breweries

Friday's programme, organized under the patronage of Kluboofka Media s.r.o., will serve as the festival's opening evening and offer a pleasant start to the weekend. The stage will host Laters, Warning Vision, Zputnik and Rasmane, while the legendary Vítkovo kvarteto will be the evening's special guest.

Friday's programme will also include a beer mini-festival focused on regional breweries. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample beers Kamenice, Kozlíček, Rux, Popelín, Lobkowicz, Ruprenz and Mad Cat breweries.

Saturday Will Feature the Strongest Line-Up in the Festival's History

The main festival day will offer a diverse cross-section of the Czech rock and punk scene. Throughout Saturday, the stage will welcome Kohout plaší smrt, Byt číslo 4, The Fialky, Černá, Poletíme?, Vision Days, Panoptiko, Lautr, Krucipüsk, Tři sestry, Morčata na útěku and Hairy Groupies.

The programme will therefore feature a combination of established Czech acts and bands that have been attracting increasing attention in recent years.

A Festival for Families and Dedicated Fans

Motákfest has long been one of those events that focuses not only on the musical programme but also on visitor comfort. Children under 140 centimetres in height will be admitted free of charge, and children's attractions will also be free, including bouncy castles, aqua zorbing, an inflatable obstacle course and creative workshops.

A free campsite will be available in close proximity to the venue, along with parking directly next to the festival grounds. The festival therefore offers comfortable facilities for both families with children and visitors who wish to spend the entire weekend in Třebětice.

Facilities and Refreshments

In addition to the music programme, the organizers are preparing a wide selection of food and drinks. Traditional Motákfest potato pancakes, steaks, pancakes, pizza, goulash and other festival specialties will all be available.

Visitors will also be able to purchase festival merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, caps and other souvenirs.

For greater comfort, a covered stage with a capacity of up to 600 visitors will be available, along with a modern festival area offering plenty of space for relaxation and enjoying the concerts.

Tickets Are on Sale

Advance ticket sales are already underway. A one-day ticket for Friday costs 350 CZK, while Saturday admission is priced at 980 CZK. A discounted ticket covering both festival days is available for 1,080 CZK.

If the festival can build on the atmosphere of previous editions, Třebětice is set to host one of the most interesting festival weekends of next summer. Motákfest 2026 will also demonstrate how a festival can continue to grow while maintaining its unique atmosphere and close connection with its visitors.
