Lady Kate to Celebrate 20 Years on the Music Scene in 2027. Fans Can Look Forward to a New Album, This Time in Czech

Czech symphonic metal band Lady Kate is heading back to the rehearsal room after a successful summer season, during which they performed at festivals such as Foot Fest, Masters of Rock, Rock In, and others. The band is currently working on a new album, which is expected to be released towards the end of 2027. However, some of the new songs will already be performed next year at various events and festivals across the Czech Republic.

Despite the tragic event that struck the band at the beginning of the year, when bassist Stanislav Habich unexpectedly passed away, the members pulled together and decided to carry on. The bass position has been taken over by former band member Jakub Čuda, who previously played guitar in the band.

It is worth mentioning that the band is preparing its first-ever album in Czech, along with a tour entitled JAKO FÉNIX TOUR – 20 Years, which will culminate with a hometown show in Jihlava.

"Joining us will be the band Warning Vision, who are celebrating their 10th anniversary and with whom we have been working for three years. We've even performed together in England, specifically in Liverpool, Manchester and Widnes, so we'll be celebrating a combined 30 years," adds manager and drummer Ondřej "Plešoun" Němec.

The band is already preparing new features for their live shows, including lighting and fire effects, as well as stage backdrops featuring the band's artwork. They are also currently booking concerts for the 2027 season.

"We've already confirmed some major festivals and concerts, but of course, if we receive an offer to perform, we'll be happy to come anywhere. We're not Metallica, and we're keeping our feet firmly on the ground. Every confirmed show is a big plus for us," adds Němec.

The band will also reveal the special guest who will officially launch the new album in Jihlava. Their identity remains a secret for now, but fans will find out well in advance.

We would like to thank our ever-growing fanbase, our friends, and the entire team surrounding the band, because they are the driving force behind everything we do, and we truly appreciate their work. We would also like to thank our sponsors for their support and dedication. We value and appreciate it all very much...
