Kissin' Dynamite Release song Glory Days: The self-titled album will be released on september 18 on their own label

KISSIN' DYNAMITE are starting a new chapter in 2026 and closing an old one at the same time. The Swabian arena rockers recently announced their self-titled ninth studio album, KISSIN' DYNAMITE, set for release on September 18, 2026. This will be the last album featuring frontman Hannes Braun on vocals. The band has already unveiled the first single, Glory Days.
Once we'd made the final decision internally to release one last album with Hannes on vocals, the rest just fell into place. Glory Days was one of the first songs we finished. We simply let ourselves be carried away by the feeling of our 20-year friendship and our hunger to conquer the world as a gang. The result is a KISSIN'DYNAMITE song that radiates positivity and power. And maybe you'll even find yourself in our story!
Braun had already announced his retirement from the stage in August 2025, citing health reasons for the decision.
However, the singer will remain with the band as a songwriter, producer, and creative force. The new album was created at the request of many fans who had hoped for one last studio album with Hannes Braun as the singer. In addition to six brand-new songs, KISSIN' DYNAMITE also features seven re-recorded classics from the first two albums, which can now finally be heard in the band's current sound and, unlike back then, with the mature voice of the charismatic frontman.
Guests include long-time collaborators from Saltatio Mortis, Amaranthe, Primal Fear, Anna Brunner (League of Distortion/Exit Eden), and Sam Totman (Dragonforce).
At the same time, the album marks another milestone: for the first time, the band is releasing an album entirely on their own through their newly founded label Kissin' DynamiteRecords, distributed by Kontor New Media / Edel. The predecessor Back With A Bang! reached No. 1 on the German album charts in 2024.
In keeping with the themes of farewell and new beginnings, songs like I Salute You, The Good In Goodbye, and I'll Be explore the band's evolution and their connection to their fans. The first single, Glory Days, features nostalgic summer vibes and anthemic arena rock.
