Kabát embarks on an extensive tour and promises fans equal conditions: "You are all VIPs"

The year 2026 will be exceptional for Kabát. After a break, the band returns to the stage with a big tour that will include dozens of stops in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time, it will commemorate twenty years since the release of its album Corrida, which is one of the most successful in its discography.
According to manager Radek Havlíček, the band does not want to introduce any exclusive packages or paid priority entrances. "At a time when everything is getting more expensive and everyone is looking for a way to get more money from people, we have decided to go the opposite way. We are keeping the ticket prices the same and we will not create any paid VIP zones. Every fan is of equal value to us," he explains.
Kabát has also traditionally maintained its reputation as a band that does not suffer too much from extravagance. Even when it comes to large concerts with extensive technology, the team of musicians remains down to earth. "Don't expect anything crazy behind the scenes. Hurvajs is still making sandwiches and Tomáš is looking for sweets in every city we stop in. That hasn't changed at all over the years," laughs Havlíček.
The concert series will start on September 22, 2026 in Chomutov. The autumn program will then take the band through other cities to Prague, where they will end the tour with a pair of November shows. The organizers promise a visually striking stage that will change during the performance. According to the manager, fans can look forward to one specific element that made the technical preparation particularly demanding.
The repertoire will not be missing a reminder of the 2006 album Corrida - thanks to hits such as Malá dáma, Burlaci or Kdoví jestli. The band will thus combine the anniversary celebration with new concert energy after more than thirty-five years on the scene.
