INSANIA releases the second single from its upcoming album

Following the first single Bude to boj, ale neboj from the new album NEO-NOE, due out in autumn 2026, INSANIA now serves up the second single, Kříž a kamení. It continues the ride, hurtling downhill with no brakes, along the sarcastic rails on which the entire album races.
On NEO-NOE, INSANIA continues to blend heavy guitars with aggressive electronic samples and hard-hitting rhythms. The new tracks launch their attack from the trenches the band moved into with the album Grrrotesky. The dose of poisonous sarcasm is even more concentrated than before: "The nevergreens spit sulphur in every direction, including at our own ranks, and this time the entire NEO-NOE album is almost punkishly direct. That was not the plan, though. It simply emerged during the writing process. There was no desire to overcomplicate the songs, and at the same time they called for a faster tempo. I think we have not made an album this fired up since Trans-Mystic Anarchy," frontman Poly says of the record.
A simple music video for the track was created by Mitchi with partial assistance from AI. He has already made the videos Je mrtvá, Večer, kdy Freud zpíval basem, Volný radikál and others for INSANIA: "It is a nevergreen about the last reserves of strength you can squeeze out of yourself when, after a long chase through life, you have been driven into a corner. (A wounded animal, hiding in a hole, can still slash deep enough to draw blood.) The lyrics also contain an ironic paraphrase of one of my favourite Sylvia Plath quotes (Like a cat I have nine times to die): A cat has to howl nine times… while for you, once is enough, the very first time," Poly adds.
The artwork for NEO-NOE plays with a parodic vision of Noah's Ark as the Titanic ("Go ahead and build your ark, I'll build the Titanic") – gangster Noah emerges from it and, during a night-time landing, takes over dry land with hideous creatures that were the only ones to survive the flood that engulfed the world. The end of the flood is announced not by a dove, but by a vulture.
INSANIA will launch the album in Brno and Prague at the following shows:
