Four decades since “The Final Countdown”: Swedish rock legends embark on anniversary tour

The Swedish hard rock stalwart will return to the center of events next year with a good dose of nostalgia and energy. Four decades since the release of the legendary album The Final Countdown are the ideal opportunity for the band to once again remind themselves why their name has become indelibly inscribed in the history of European rock. And because such an anniversary requires more than just a quiet remembrance, they are embarking on a massive European tour that has the ambition of being one of the biggest shows of their career.

Fans can look forward to essential anthems, deep cuts into history and moments that shaped an entire generation of listeners. The band promises not only a complete return to key songs from the groundbreaking album, but also a massive concert production that is supposed to commemorate the "golden age" of melodic hard rock, but in a completely contemporary package. 

The only flaw in the beauty is the fact that the tour will avoid the Czech Republic this time. Domestic fans have only one option - to go to one of the nearby European cities. The next stops will be Vienna, Warsaw and also Berlin, where the band promises a show that no one wants to miss.
