FORREST JUMP Reimagine METALLICA in Their New Music Video

FORREST JUMP have undergone further lineup changes in recent days, but it is nothing this crossover band, now celebrating 25 years together, cannot handle. Proof of that is their latest music video for the song "Nesmiřitelný" ("The Unforgiving"), which has just been released.
Frontman Pepa Michálek explains how the video came about: "The footage was recorded on March 21, 2026, at the concert celebrating FORREST JUMP's 25th anniversary. Pavel 'Kurty' Kurtin joined us as a guest on drums, while Kuba Ticháček picked up the second acoustic guitar. Playing together with these guests is what gave this anniversary version its special atmosphere. I'm glad we captured that moment and can now share it with people who weren't there with us."
One distinctive feature of the metal band from Luhačovice is their love of the Czech language, which is why they also adapted this international cover into their native tongue: "Taking on METALLICA's 'The Unforgiven' requires a little audacity and a great deal of respect. With 'Nesmiřitelný', we wanted to bring a piece of ourselves to this exceptional song. The Czech lyrics were written by Michail Fabien, so if you have any complaints about the words, take them up with him. But knowing him, he tried to stay as close as possible to the meaning of the original," Michálek continues.
The complete audio recording of the launch concert for their latest album, "Zítřek být nemusí" ("There May Be No Tomorrow"), which also celebrated the band's 25 years on the scene with numerous guests and friends, will be released on digital platforms on November 20.
