Everyone’s Talking! Pop-punkers All Time Low brought their new album to Prague’s SaSaZu!

On Monday, February 9, 2026, the pop-punkers All Time Low returned to Prague after three years. In February 2023, they sold out Lucerna Music Bar; this time, they moved to a larger venue – the Holešovice club SaSaZu Club. The show was one of the stops on their current European tour, Everyone's Talking, supporting their tenth studio album of the same name. They brought along the genre-wise fairly close Mayday Parade and singer Taylor Acorn as support acts. The club quickly filled up, and if it wasn't completely sold out, it was very close.

The evening was opened by the aforementioned Taylor. She ran onto the stage and energized the standing crowd with her cheeky punk sound. Unfortunately, her start was not the best – she struggled with technical issues from the very beginning. However, she handled everything with absolute grace, and while the technicians were dealing with her microphone, she got the crowd singing along to All Time Low's best-known song, Dear Maria. The sound was soon fixed, and her energetic show could continue.

Her performance somewhat reminded me of the energy of Avril Lavigne, and it is no coincidence that these singers are compared – Taylor is referred to as her future successor. If you are interested in seeing her perform, she will return to Prague on May 3 at Bike Jesus club, this time headlining on her own. If our schedule allows, we will definitely not miss the event.

Next came the performance of Florida's Mayday Parade. They appeared in Prague for only the second time (the first was in 2023 as support for the Canadian punk-rockers Simple Plan). Once again, they musically transported us millennials back to our teenage years — to the era of black eyeliner, emo fringes, razor blades, and completely insignificant teenage problems.

Although they also released a new album last autumn titled Sweet, we did not get to hear many new songs. Only one track from it was played – Under My Sweater, which opened their set. Their performance relied mainly on older material, especially their debut album A Lesson in Romantics, which includes their most successful singles such as Jersey, I'd Hate to Be You When People Find Out What This Song Is About, and their biggest hit Jamie All Over, which closed their set.

Finally, it was time for the highlight of the evening – the Maryland quartet All Time Low and their new album. At the front of the stage, they had laid out a checkered rug that created a cozy atmosphere. The drums were elevated at the back, and behind them, a backdrop bearing the name of the new album and the entire tour was illuminated (and occasionally flashing).

They kicked off the show with the absolutely perfect opening track SUCKERPUNCH, alternating new songs with older well-known ones. From the current album, songs such as Little Bit, Falling For Strangers, and the title track Everyone's Talking were played. From the older catalog, they included Weightless, I Hate This Song, Time-Bomb, Sleeping In, and Poppin' Champagne. Fans clapped, jumped, and formed mosh pits. During Remembering Sunday, Taylor Acorn returned to the stage and performed a duet with singer Alex.

Although the band has been playing together for 23 years – since high school, as they did not forget to point out – it is clear that the team spirit and on-stage chemistry between the members still work. Singer Alex and guitarist Jack exchanged jokes, creating a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere. They also delighted fans with more news – they are expected to return here in June as part of a summer festival. Although nothing has been officially confirmed yet, their target audience can probably guess at which June festival they might see the band again.

The set ended with Monsters, but the band did not keep the crowd waiting long. The audience immediately clapped for an encore. They returned to the stage and brought along Derek Sanders (the singer of Mayday Parade), who joined them for the single Weather. Then came the well-known Lost In The Stereo, and finally their most played track – Dear Maria, Count Me In – with which they said goodbye to the exhilarated crowd.

Many thanks to the organizers and all the bands for this entire pop-punk party and the nostalgic return to our youth. Hopefully, we'll see each other again in June.
