Civilní Obrana released a new album at Lucerna Music Bar, they will move to a larger venue in a year

As part of their concert series for the new album genCO, Civilní Obrana held its premiere at the Prague stop at Lucerna Music Bar. This is actually the second stop on the entire tour.
For this evening, they invited their brothers from neighboring Slovakia – rockers Zoči Voči – as their friendly band. This band from Nitra brought with them all the temperament with which they started the entire evening. They started the set with the song "Slovami Opísať", followed by songs such as "Láska a Nenávist," "S tebou," "Neverím v zázraky" or "Klamem." The song "Milion Cest" was slowly concluded with a chorus from Rybičky and their "Slibuju, že nebudu pít." During the song "Romantik", the singer moved to the drums and let the drummer sing for him. This was followed by a couple of ballads with acoustic guitar – "Chlapi neplačú" and "Nad Prahou," with our capital city projected behind them. As an encore, they chose the song "Čerešně."
The Civilní Obrany performance followed. They started with the new "Dycky Rizz" and the already well-known "Vlastou," also from the new album. The evening was interspersed with older hits like "Opilá princezna," "Tereza" or "Gytarová muzika" with newer ones - "Drinky mi podávejte řetězem," the old-new "Plakát" or the very latest released song "Vyzenovanj." Other still unknown new songs from the album (which was released that day on Spotify) were not heard that evening.
After the song "Vstávej," the actual christening took place. The guys invited their entire Crew to the stage - sound engineers, technicians, merch boys, and others - and asked them to christen the album. And since they are beer lovers, it was christened with nothing other than Kutná Hora beer. Since the album has only been released on Spotify and other platforms, the launch was original – they opened the album in the app on their old phone and launched it. The album should also be released in physical form, but so far, no luck. We have to hope that it will be successful so that we can find it under the Christmas trees.
During the launch, they also revealed that they will be celebrating their 20th birthday next year and so the band will play in a bigger venue – they will move from the Music Bar to the large hall of Lucerna. It was a touching moment, there were hugs and a few tears of joy. So, see you all there on November 14, 2025. Tickets are on sale now, so hurry up, let's celebrate with the band.
They also performed the already typical "Nebude to Lahké" by Richard Müller, but it was made special by the fact that Zoči Voči burst onto the stage and joined the band. During "Já si tě vypiplám" there was a call for bras, saying that if anyone was planning to throw them on stage, now was the right time. And surprisingly, a white one actually flew in and adorned the main microphone.
As an encore, they played "S tvojí mámou" for all mothers and they fully closed the set (no different from the song about the "best creature in the world") "To štúží chlap."
After the concert, there was a photo shoot and a chat with fans, who still had a lot of energy. Anyone who wanted could then also move on to the official afterparty at RockCafé.
It was a great atmospheric event, I'm glad I was able to witness this great evening with an original christening.

P.S. If you don't have enough photos, here is a gallery from the concert in Sepekov near Milevsko, the first event of the tour, where the band Náhodn Výbř performed instead of Zoči Voči.
