Check out Forgiveness, the first track and music video released from Gorod's new album

Gorod unveil Forgiveness a brand-new single brought to life on screen by director Sébastien Duattis. More than just a music video, it is a true short film running nearly eight minutes, exploring the theme of the Pyrocene, the age, of megafires through the eyes of a father. A father haunted by the prospect of leaving behind a world consumed by flames, torn between regret, guilt, and the burden of his own responsibility in this looming catastrophe.
Forgiveness is the first single taken from Gorod's forthcoming album, The Ember Gone, set for release on August 28 via Base Productions and Season Of Mist.
About the track, the band comments:
"Musically, Forgiveness is undoubtedly our most
progressive composition to date a synthesis where technical prowess
meets epic songwriting and territories the band has never explored
before. This song gives us the opportunity to tell a story that is deeply
meaningful to us, this time not only through the music itself, but also through
its visual interpretation."
